Project scope
What changed
Set a large stone-look island top with power built into the counter.
Finished the sink wall with a farmhouse sink, black counters, a subway tile backsplash, and a stainless dishwasher.
Built the refrigerator and the microwave into a cabinet surround with storage around them.
Ran the trim and the cabinet runs around the existing windows and doorways and kept the hardwood floors.
