Remodeling
A full remodel takes the room to the studs and rebuilds it: new tile floor and shower, vanity, toilet, fixtures, lighting, paint, and trim. Most keep the plumbing where it is; moving it is possible and priced as its own line.

Bathroom remodeling
S & B Construction and Remodeling remodels bathrooms across Bucks and Montgomery County: layout, waterproofing, tile, vanities, and fixtures, with the shower pan and the plumbing wall done before any tile goes on.
What We Do
S & B Construction and Remodeling remodels primary baths, hall baths, powder rooms, and guest baths across Bucks and Montgomery County, and adds a bathroom where the house needs one. We plan the layout and the finishes with you, then handle demolition, the plumbing rough-in, the waterproofing, the tile, and the finish work. If only the shower or the tub is changing, that is a smaller job: a tub-to-shower conversion or a walk-in shower. The starting numbers are in bathroom remodel cost in Bucks County.

A full remodel takes the room to the studs and rebuilds it: new tile floor and shower, vanity, toilet, fixtures, lighting, paint, and trim. Most keep the plumbing where it is; moving it is possible and priced as its own line.

A small bathroom can borrow space from a closet or a hallway. We open the wall, reframe, and rework the plumbing and electrical so the room fits a bigger shower or a double vanity.

We add bathrooms where the house has none: a first-floor half bath, a bath off a new primary bedroom, or a full bath in a finished basement. The plumbing runs, the vent, and the permit are part of the job.

Heated floors, a larger tile shower with a niche and a bench, frameless glass, and better lighting are the upgrades people ask about most. Each is its own line item, priced so you can choose.

New vanities, sinks, mirrors, and storage set with the plumbing and the lighting, whether it is part of a remodel or a swap in an otherwise finished bathroom.
The old tub and the small tile came out. The room got a walk-in shower with a tiled floor, large-format wall tile with a dark accent band, black fixtures, grab bars, a corner seat, and built-in storage in the shower wall, plus a gray double vanity with lit mirrors and black hardware.
The old tub surround, the small floor tile, the single vanity, and the darker walls made the room feel tighter than it is.
We opened it up with a walk-in shower, one long double vanity wall, lighter tile, and matching black fixtures.

This Fountainville primary bathroom has three zones: a marble-look walk-in shower, a corner soaking tub set beneath the windows, and a double vanity with a seated makeup station between the sinks. Calacatta-style large-format tile, dark vanity cabinets, stone-look plank floors, and brushed nickel fixtures run through the room.
The walk-in shower, the corner tub, the double vanity with the makeup station, the windows, and the floor tile all had to fit one primary bathroom.
We kept the tile light and consistent through the room and let the dark double vanity, the glass shower, and the corner tub anchor each zone.

How a project runs
A short call about the project: the room or the yard, the house, when you want it done, and what is not working now.
Brian comes out, measures, looks at what is behind the walls or under the old deck where he can, and separates the must-haves from the nice-to-haves.
You get the scope and the price in writing: materials, access, the order of the work, and the schedule.
You pick the materials. We pull the permit when the job needs one, book the trades, and give you a working schedule before demolition.
Structure first, then the finish work. Inside the house, we keep a path through it while we are there.
We walk the finished work with you and fix anything on the list before we call it done.
