Before you schedule the estimate
Do you build patios without a deck?
Yes. Some patios connect straight to a back door or a walkout basement. Others sit below a raised deck with stairs down. We build either way.
Can a patio be covered later?
It is easier and cheaper to plan the columns and roof at the start, because the footings and the base are done once. If you might want a roof, tell us during the walkthrough.
Do you do outdoor kitchens?
A grill area or an outdoor cooking counter can be part of a patio or outdoor living project. We place it with the seating and the walk from the kitchen in mind.
