A roof over part of the patio, with columns and a ceiling fan, gives you shade in July and a dry seat in the rain. On the Doylestown project the covered patio sits under the raised deck.
Entertainment features
Outdoor TV walls, fireplaces, and grill areas are framed and wired as part of the build. The Doylestown patio has a stone wall with the TV and the fireplace built in.
Poolside living space
Around a pool we plan the dining area, the stairs, and the railings for wet feet, with the surface pitched so water runs off instead of pooling.

03.Written estimate
You get the scope and the price in writing: materials, access, the order of the work, and the schedule.
04.Selections, permits, and schedule
You pick the materials. We pull the permit when the job needs one, book the trades, and give you a working schedule before demolition.
05.Construction
Structure first, then the finish work. Inside the house, we keep a path through it while we are there.
06.Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you and fix anything on the list before we call it done.
