Brian and Steve just finished building a detached garage for me, and I couldn’t be happier. Communication throughout the process was timely and clear. Potential issues were well explained, with a list of pros and cons of each of the various options. The process was as stress free as possible, the price was competitive, and I absolutely love the end result. I’ve already started discussions with them for another project!
My experience with S&B Construction was excellent. Project was started on time as promised in the contract. Their work was completed with expert professionalism, and we highly recommend this contracting company.
We hired S&B to upgrade a hall bathroom. Bryan was prompt and thorough with communication, gave very clear pricing, arrived on time, and hit his timing perfect.
Our dream kitchen came out beautifully with nice details. Brian was easy to communicate with and not afraid to put effort into helping us achieve our vision.
Brian and his team completed a beautiful indoor/outdoor project of our walkout basement, second story deck, and covered outdoor living room/patio.
From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, Brian and his team exceeded every expectation. Their professionalism, transparency, and craftsmanship were top-notch.
Brian was great to work with for tile work in my kitchen. He came out quickly, got an estimate the same day, and the quality of craftsmanship was outstanding.
Had my bathroom shower remodeled. Brian had great suggestions and convinced me to make the shower space larger. I am extremely happy with what he has done.
Brian did a punch list of repairs at my house. If Brian does a project, he's going to do it right and he is very detail-oriented with everything he does.
Brian and his team were thorough, communicative, and highly professional throughout our primary bathroom remodel. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident from start to finish. Brian kept us informed every step of the way, making us feel comfortable and at ease during the project. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would recommend Brian and his team to anyone looking for construction work done right. We truly appreciate all their hard work and would work with them again on future projects. Thank you Brian and team!
S&B Construction & Remodeling completed a lengthy home remodeling project for us and I would highly recommend them! The projects involved a galley kitchen, updated deck with stairs and so so much more! There were a few surprises along the way which the team nor I anticipated but S&B worked through the process with the customer so that not only the project met each milestone but the budget stayed within our scope. Kudos to Brian, Steve and Mark for an excellent job! 👏👏👏. We are very grateful for all your hard work! Thank you!
S & B Construction & Remodeling did an excellent job on my bathroom remodel, it looks beautiful! Brian and his crew were friendly, punctual and experts at their craft. Brian was able to solve issues that were not anticipated. They all worked hard and paid attention to detail. I would highly recommend S & B Construction & Remodeling.
Brian with S&B is absolutely wonderful! We hired them to fix a botched job another contractor started to finish my basement. Brian demoed out all of the old contractors work and refinished the entire basement, along with adding an electric fireplace and full bathroom. He did an incredible job and was extremely affordable. After he was finished the basement we had him remodel our kitchen. It was a big job that required moving the gas lines, tearing down a wall and closing up a window, adding electrical. I cannot say enough good things about Brian and the quality of his work. I have already recommended him to many people. Thank you for making our home beautiful, Brian!
This was my first time working with Brian and I am happy beyond belief. He installed a piece of privacy fencing on my deck and replaced a warped beam support under my deck. He came out quickly and was professional with very reasonable pricing! Call him, you won’t be disappointed! Debra Antosiewicz
I hired Brian with S&B Construction to renovate two bathrooms and replace an exterior door and frame (he also helped to fix some issues in my garage and attic). Overall, Brian did an amazing job and I am very happy with the bathrooms and the door. Here's just some of the advantages to hiring Brian to work on your home: - Brian can do it all - electrical, plumbing, you name it. - For my job, he did nearly all the work himself, no subcontracting. When he did bring someone else in to help every so often, that person also did a great job. - In almost any reno, you stumble on unforeseen surprises behind walls and under floors and in ceilings. Brian is a great problem solver - for each small hiccup we encountered he explained to me the problem and offered various solutions. - Great memory - he followed up on everything we discussed from layout to tiles to grout to faucets - Keeps you informed of everything he is doing - clearly explains what he is going to do that day and, at the end of the day, what he has done. - Great attention to detail - Easy to communicate with - call or text, he responds very quickly. - Trustworthy - I had no problem trusting him in my house alone when I had to run errands, etc. If you need to hire someone for a renovation or even just a small job/repairs around the house, I highly recommend Brian at S & B Construction. I would hire him again for future home projects.
Brian and his team recently installed a new railing and rebuilt the sagging steps on our deck. They were prompt, worked professionally, and cleaned up the site when they finished. I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend S&B Construction.
I have been using S&B for about 8 years now on all sorts of projects throughout my house. I have renovated my entire house one room at a time. Brian has been great to work with, always concearned that we are following the budget as well as finishing every project on a timely manner. I highly recommend brian and his crew on any home improvement project that you wish to install.
Brian is very easy to work with and professional. He explains every step along the way, and works hard to keep your home clean
We used S&B to remodel our master bath. We couldn't be happier! Brian executed the plan we had beautifully, and he creatively solved any problems that revealed themselves during construction. He is detail-oriented and really went above and beyond for us. We would not hesitate to use S &B again!
Brian was referred by a neighbor who had used him several times. My neighbor used the magic words when he said that Brian was "reasonable, responsive, and meticulous". I initially contracted with him to repair some internal damage from prior water leaks and to identify the origin of those leaks. He gave me an estimate of three different ways he could resolve the problem. I chose to have the 23 year old roof replaced with which he responded that he would "toss in the interior work since he would be onsite anyways." After that job was completed I asked him to evaluate 3 small "handyman" projects which he completed in a day before embarking on a much larger job for another client. I recommend Brian highly for his ability to analyze a problem and offer several options with respect to the client's budget. His prompt return of texts and calls, his attention to detail, and his moderate pricing will make him my "go to" guy for jobs large and small.
Brian and his team were great they did a great job on our bathroom. The team did amazing work from start to finish. I would definitely hire them again.
Brian was on time and did a great job on my backsplash! He has done some remodeling for me on a flip and was very reasonably priced and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
