Planning Your Deck
We plan the deck around where you want to grill, eat and sit, then work out the layout, stairs and railings. If it will connect to a patio or covered patio, we’ll plan the steps and transition between the two spaces together.
Deck Replacement
A deck replacement starts with a close look at the framing, supports and ledger. If the structure is sound, new decking and railings may be enough. If it is not, we will explain why the deck needs to be rebuilt and what the estimate includes.
Materials
We build with wood and composite decking, including Trex. We will explain the cost, maintenance and appearance of each option so you can choose the boards, railings and finishes that are right for your home.
Pricing
As a starting comparison, a 300 sq ft deck with railings is about $17,000 in wood or $22,000 in Trex composite. We’ll price your project based on its size, materials and the work involved. These prices are rough estimates; every build is unique and should be treated as such!
